The Lounge
Entering the property through the front door you reach the
downstairs front room with a large open fireplace. This room is approx 19.1 foot by 15.8 foot, has double aspect windows, one smaller window overlooking the front and a side window. The walls themselves are extremely thick!
The floor is concrete and to the left of the fireplace there is an original cupboard. Beneath the cupboard is the mains water supply and the electric connections (a new fuse box etc) are on the right as you enter this room through the front door.

Kitchen
You pass through from the lounge to the planned kitchen at the back with a new wooden floor. This is approx 10 foot by 9.5 foot and has the most amazing views of the valleys behind the house.
The garden is at a much lower level than the back of the house and will need steps installing to take you down to it.

First Floor
A wooden staircase from the lounge takes you to the first floor.
With enough room for a large double bedroom and a bathroom with a
landing with stairs to the loft, this area is a work in progress which you will be able to place your own mark on.
There are two windows and the third has only been roughly bricked up - so there could be a large double aspect bedroom and a bathroom with a window. There is already a bath installed and a loo.
The first floor also has mostly new insulated plasterboard on the walls and new electrics - not yet finished off but the hard work has been done for you!

The Loft
At present reached by ladder this room has massive potential. Gorgeous huge beams and enough room to make two bedrooms plus a shower/loo.
The new electric water heater has been installed in the loft - this provides plenty of
hot water for all your needs!
A Permis de Constuire is being prepared by an Architect to convert the loft into accomodation with Velux windows which could provide 2 further rooms and install a bathroom above the kitchen.

The Cellar
Beneath the kitchen there is what the French call a 'cave' -
basically a small basement room which would be so useful for housing a central heating boiler! This cellar is at the same level as the tiny back garden and its entrance is at the side of the house - a bit difficult to reach at the moment but should be ok once the kitchen and garden have been done!
