Back Garden & The Views over the Valley

Behind the house there is a fairly small back garden with gorgeous views across the small valley - it would give enough room to sit out in and maybe have some flowers and vegetables once you have installed steps down from the kitchen and maybe even a balcony!

Main Garden Right Opposite the Front Door

It may sound strange to rave about a garden which is not attached to the house but when you open the front door of this house your extra garden is literally right in front of you!

You could install a garden gate through from the road and then just take two steps across this country lane from the front door and you are in your own large garden.

There is a large front area of ground and then a huge old ruin of a barn. Behind the barn is a piece of land over twice as big again as that in front of the barn.

Looking out from the front door across the lane the extra garden is right there in front of you. It is only a tiny distance away as it is a country lane.

With all this land you could become completely self sufficient if you wanted to! Everyone seems to keep chickens and they would be perfect here. The property also has its own well - useful for watering the veggie plot!
